Presently, DicksonsGiftShop.com can service the Continental Unites States. We cannot ship to APO, FPO nor PO boxes presently. All packages are shipped the best possible method. Please contact us with requests or inquiries at customerservice@DicksonsGiftShop.com

  1. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

  2. To initiate a return:
    1. Simply contact us at customerservice@DicksonsGiftShop.com to obtain a Return Authorization number.
    2. Write the RA# on each side of the package and enclose the completed Exchange & Return form
    3. Ship the package by trackable delivery to:

    1. All items will be inspected and your refund will be processed via your original method of payment (please allow 14 days to process the refund request).
  1. What are the refund/exchange procedures:
    1. Original shipping charges are not refundable as these are paid out to the shipping carrier.
    2. Please allow 14 days for your refund/exchange to be processed.
    3. Reasons for returns:

- Wrong item shipped
- Wrong quantity shipped, overage - our error refund
- Damaged in shipment - contact carrier replace with free freight
- Duplicate shipment - our error refund
- Arrived too late - refund
- Wrong quantity ordered replace - guest responsible for freight
- Wrong product ordered exchange - guest responsible for freight
- Defective refund product and freight or exchange with free freight.
- Changed mind - guest responsible for freight
- Not satisfied/Not as expected refund for product only
- Not as pictured, not as described - refund
- Quality not acceptable refund

  1. Refused or Non-Deliverable Packages: If items are sent to an undeliverable destination, DicksonsGiftShop.com is not responsible for shipping charges incurred when the recipient is for any reason unable to accept items shipped. It is the responsibility of the guest initiating the order to ensure the shipping address is a current, working address.

  2. Non-Defective Returns, items listed as closeout, or items that have been discontinued, may carry a restocking fee. Non-defective products must be returned to us in the condition you received them.
